Arleta Dolowacka-jozwiak is an assistant at the Department of Pharmaceutical Formulation Technology at the Wroclaw Medical University. She is a member of the Polish Pharmaceutical Society. She completed her PhD at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy. The research concerned evaluating antioxidant properties of extracts and fractions from rhizomes and leaves of Asian plants: Reynoutria japonica, Reynoutria sachalinensis, and Reynoutria x bohemica, using human and bovine albumin. Her research interests include plant biology, biochemistry, and the utilization of natural raw materials in various forms of medicine. My current research involves collaboration with dentists to develop novel formulations incorporating natural substances.
